Our Services
Job Coaching & Readiness
Individualized job coaching and work readiness support to help customers build the skills needed for successful employment. Services may include workplace communication, problem-solving, time management, professionalism, social skills, task completion, and on-the-job support tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Supported Employment & Community-Based Placement
Provide individualized assistance to help customers obtain and maintain meaningful employment within their communities. Services include job coaching, workplace support, accommodations guidance, and ongoing follow-along services tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Work Experience Training and Placement
We provide individualized work experience training and placement opportunities that allow customers to develop skills and gain hands-on experience in real workplace settings. Services include on-site workplace training, support with learning job responsibilities, and individualized guidance to help build confidence, independence, and successful employment outcomes.
Job Placement Services
We provide individualized job placement support based on each customer’s unique strengths, goals, and needs. Services may include resume and cover letter assistance, job applications, interview preparation, and personalized job search support to help individuals connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
